Before anything else, there are some facts you ought to know first! 

Terms & Conditions : 
1. Goods sold are non-refundable / exchangeable.
2. Cash on Meetups are possible, but at my own preferred time and venue, most probably town or west area.
3. If more than one party is interested in an item, the one who confirms it first shall get the deal.
4. Strictly to POSB/DBS transfer ONLY. Concealed cash shall be at your own risk. I will not be held responsible.
5. Payment will be made to 063-38854-8 POSB SAVINGS.
6. For registered postage - Additional $2.
7. For normal postage, prices range depending on the weight of the items.
8. NO DEAD BUYERS pls.
9. Payment has to be made within 3 days of confirmation or else the deal shall be off.
10. Prices are nego if I mention it. (I prefer fast deals!)
12. NO refunds unless the item is damaged when i hand over to you (VAILD TO MEETUPS ONLY), however if it is due to mishandling during postage, 
i shall not be responsible.
